About Woodstock Farm

Set in the heart of rural Norfolk, Woodstock is the ideal location for those who love the delights the countryside has to offer.    This campsite is one of our ‘local’ retreats when needing a few days away to escape from the chores of owning and managing a large garden. Its withing 1/2 hour from home and allows us both to relax, unwind and for me to grab a little bit of fishing.

Methods are all the usual one, float fishing, pole fishing, both close in or down the margins, or for a bit of achallenge with the bigger carp, fishing method feecer, legered rigs into the marging shelf on the opposite banks where access is limited to the permanent swims.

Hard standing pitches are available. There is a woodland walk for residents use and a separate grass amenity area for ball games etc.  On arrival you will be greeted and shown around the site. Visitors will be given a choice of pitch however at busy periods we may allocate a pitch for you.

Woodstock is a friendly and peaceful small site which is open all year round (December opening limited). Landscaped with well maintained spacious level grass pitches, shrubs and trees. A haven for wildlife with only a short stroll to the fishing lake. Hard standing pitches are available. There is a woodland walk for residents use and a separate grass amenity area for ball games etc.

On arrival you will be greeted and shown around the site. Visitors will be given a choice of pitch however at busy periods we may allocate a pitch for you.

Spacious family wash rooms consist of a shower, wash basin and WC. There is no additional fee for use of showers or use of outside sink with hot water.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Woodstock free of charge but must be kept on leads at all times whilst on site. There are many footpaths surrounding the site as well as a woodland walk available to those staying on the campsite.

Located in a secluded part of the farm are two converted stables which over look the beautiful countryside.

STABLE 1
This property is pleased to accept 3 guests.

LIVING ROOM 
Sofa bed (No charge for 1 additional child or adult if used but guests would need to provide all bed linen, pillows, duvet and towels) 
Comfy chair and stool. Flat screen digital Freeview TV and DVD player. Patio doors with rural views.
DINING / KITCHEN 
Dining table and two chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. A kitchen starter pack will be provided containing: Tea towels, bin liners, J-Cloth, sponge and scourer, washing up liquid and kitchen cleaning products.
BEDROOM
 Sleeps 2. Window with rural views. Four poster king size bed with bed linen provided. Dressing table, wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps. Iron, ironing board, airer and vacuum.
BATHROOM
 Electric shower, vanity wash basin and W.C. Good quality towels provided.
OUTSIDE 
Parking and patio with garden furniture. Uninterrupted rural views.
PETS

Short breaks are available. Minimum stay 2 nights. For bank holiday weekends minimum stay is 3 nights.
Flexible changeover. Arrival 3.00pm onwards, departure by 10.00am.
Non-returnable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure booking.
The balance of the total cost of your holiday is due 4 weeks before your arrival.

Woodstock welcomes anglers from dawn till dusk in our well stocked and maintained lake. Set in peaceful, beautiful surroundings with an abundance of wildlife, a perfect relaxing day. 

The 2 acre lake is stocked with Bream, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Chubb, Green Tench and various Carp ranging from F1’s to 30lb plus.  

There are toilet facilities available and parking is adjacent to the fishing lake.  
Day Ticket Fees
 Payment on arrival
 £9.00 per person per day for up to 2 rods. 
Additional rods £3.50 per rod. 
Over 65’s £8.50 per person for up to 2 rods. 
Non fishing visitors accompanying anglers £2 per person per day. (
This fee does not apply to those staying at Woodstock).
