About Newberry Valley Park

This is a lovely Devon campsite, well run, really good hard standing pitches, great facilities and a superb ‘natural’ lake that is completely idealic to fish. Stocked with a variety of species, with carp up to mid 20lbs, certainly one we shall visit again when in Devon.

Newberry Valley Park is a family-run caravan park and campsite, nestled within a picturesque and peaceful valley heading towards the sea, just a few minutes walk from the beach and village.

There are 110 touring and camping pitches for caravans, tents, motorhomes and campervans, as well as a camping cabin and a beautiful self-catering shepherd’s hut, all on 60 acres of Noth Devon countryside.

Although we are only a small team, our ethos, intention and purpose is to ensure that you have a lovely stay with us in the hope, of course, that you will come back and see us again.

This valley has a natural feeling of calmness, a peaceful healing energy connected with the land and we believe that you’ll experience this if you choose to stay with us. This tranquil environment helps you to simply relax and recharge… just what you need from a break away. It’s all about taking a well-earned rest and enjoying some quality time with your loved ones!

Caravan Park

What a great way to get away from the mad rush of everyday life and relax in a luxurious yet simple way.

There’s 110 pitches nestled amidst sixty acres of green fields, open between March and October. The sheltered valley heads up and away from the road towards the ancient woodland and meadow, so instead of traffic noise you can relax to the traditional sounds of the countryside.



Situated less than five minutes walk from the two beaches of Combe Martin bay and the pubs, shops and cafes of this quaint coastal village, you’ve got all that you need for a wonderfully relaxing caravanning holiday close to the site.

Shepherds Huts

Our two shepherd’s huts offer the perfect balance between convenience, fun and simplicity. Camping without the canvas! We provide the shelter and you bring everything else.



There are two options – Rose and Lily.

With either you can be totally unplugged from the buzz and chaos and find peace and tranquility all around. And best of all you don’t even have the stress of setting up the tent, caravan or awning to worry about. Plus of course when its time to go home you haven’t got to battle with packing away damp tents and more.

The two-acre coarse fishing lake with some quality carp to be caught.

Small shop area which sells the basic bits and pieces for your convenience.
